Sherman Rackley

Meet our Co-Defensive Coordinator, Coach Sherman Rackley. Coach Rackley is originally from Miami, FL and played football at Fayetteville State University. His insight and wisdom in practice and in games is invaluable with over 30 years of coaching experience. He brings a strong sense of discipline, a high level of intensity and a strong understanding of the game to our staff. With an emphasis on changing the culture of Sailor football and creating an environment of intentional, intense work Coach Rackley is excited to see our kids compete in the upcoming season.
